Installing the SpotDocs Viewer The SpotDocs viewer allows you to view and print agency traffic instructions. It is a very small (AcrobatReader-type) program, and takes approximately 3 minutes to download and install. To perform the installation, close any programs that you have running and type the following address into your Web browser:
http://www.spottraffic.com/programs.html Double-click the SpotDocs document viewer icon on the left side of the page; select "Save this program to disk" and click "OK"; then select Save in: "Desktop" and click "Save"; the program will now begin the download (approximately 90 seconds with a DSL connection);
After the download is complete, go back to your "Desktop" and find the SpotDocs icon. (Desktop is the first screen on your computer - the one with all the icons). Double-click the icon and follow the prompts to complete the installation. (Note: depending on your computer's configuration, you may get an error message during installation. If you do, simply click "Ignore" in response, then "Yes" to the second message). The installation will now finish.
SpotDocs must be installed to use the Spot Traffic system. |
